Stoptober – stop smoking during October
Stoptober is an ideal time to quit smoking and refer yourself to support from Smoke-Free Highland. Smoking is still the largest cause of preventable early death in Scotland.
The Highland Smoke-Free team supports people to quit smoking and vaping. They provide person-centred support for a flexible time period, around 12 weeks. People are 5 times more likely to quit for good if they reach 28 days smoke-free.
