Crown Medical Practice is seeking a highly motivated Medical Receptionist to join our friendly primary care team to cover for maternity leave.
You must have experience in dealing with the public, would be capable to work across all aspects of practice administration and have good IT skills. Previous experience of working in a medical practice would be highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
The job role is to provide support to the patients, doctors, practice manager, and all other members of the extended Primary Care Team, by ensuring smooth running of the Practice on a day to day basis as an integral part of the administration team. The practice is located in the centre of Inverness and we have a very friendly practice team who like to socialise outside of work as well.
This is initially a fixed term position for 9 months, however there is potential for some of the hours to become permanent. We are looking for the right person for the team, so hours can be negotiated. You will be working a minimum of 24 hours per week over 3 days up to maximum of full-time (37 hours) – 4 full days and one half day on a rotational basis – and anything in between. Every pattern though will include 8am starts and 6pm finishes.
Salary: starting at £11.13/hour, going up to £11.39/hour upon successful completion of probationary period.
