2024 has been a busy year at the practice!

The amount of appointments lost due to people not turning up for their appointments over the whole year equates to over 30 days of routine GP appointments – a huge amount of appointments which could have been used by other patients. Please remember to cancel your appointment in good time when you are unable to attend. Due to the high level of non-attendance we have a system of warning letters in place and please be aware that frequent non-attendance can unfortunately lead to a patient being removed from our practice list.
